Happy Monday....

And I have to say - so far today - it has been pretty happy!

Started the morning off bright and early taking our puppy to the vet to get the ole snip snap! Oh you know what I mean!!! Hopefully this will help alleviate some of his aggression issues. I know, I know... he is only six months old but he is brute weighing in at I am guessing 18 lbs!!! And in the past few days has tried to show me who is the REALLY BOSS of this house.

Speaking of puppies - here is a really cute photo I got of the two of them.... considering you can never get the two of them anywhere close to each other with out them playing - I was pretty excited to get this photo!!!

After dropping the puppy off at the vet - hubby and I ran to the grocery store to pick up a few things..... as we were getting ready to walk out I saw that the grocery store sold lottery tickets!!! (I know, how crazy is that???) Well it just so happened that I had stopped to get a diet coke and a candy bar a few months ago and instead of getting my change - I asked for two one dollar scratch off tickets.... Well I had won three dollars... so I dug them out of my purse and traded them in - and guess what - I WON a $100 DOLLARS!!!! Whoo Hooo!!!!

How exciting!!!!

So hubby was like - get whatever scrapbooking tool that you have been lusting after but refused to buy.... so I am thinking about getting the Precision Paper Trimmer by Making Memories. Does anyone have this?? Do you love it?? Let me know!!!
Professional construction meets sophisticated utility with Making Memories 12" x 12" Precision Paper Trimmer. Long-lasting rotary blade provides accurate, straight cuts while sharpening itself at the same time, making every cut as precise as the first. Folds out into a 12" x 12" trimmer, then folds down to easily fit in your Runway Roller. A trimmer this specialized at this affordable price makes it, truly, a cut above the rest.....

Well I am off to work on some more stars!!! My Winners have started sending in their photos - and I have one of the stars already completely done!!! I will share them all when I am through!!!
(Oh - and if you won a star and you haven't contacted me yet - PLEASE DO!!!!)

So.....

Until Next Time!

Cya~

I don't know about everyone else, But I have this trimmer.. Have had it replaced 2 times.. And have given up on it. The measurements wear off in time and the blade doesn't stay sharp like they say it will... If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't have purchased it

Hi there -
I have one of these trimmers. They are very nice to use. You can trim off just a smidge. I prefer the guillotine type cutter, so I bought a Tonic. If you would are interested in purchasing mine (at a discount) let me know.
Thx,
Bobbie

I have one, I've had it for a long time now. I don't like not being able to cut out the centers of things -- you can only cut from an edge. Not sure if this is true of all of these or just mine, but the edges don't line up when you open it. So you have to be sure to hold it tight against the edge closest to the blade or it will cut crooked. But overall, I really like it. I've replaced a Cutterpede and a Fiskars and I'm not sorry to see either of those go in favor of the MM one.

I have this trimmer. I am not crazy about it. For the amount of money, I thought it would be more accurate...

It does shave off just a little bit nicely, but I find it to be more of a burden...I would rather have a guillotine cutter...
