Just another elfing....

Kind of day!! (As in Christmas - Ho Ho Ho - the rest of you need to get your mind out of the gutters!!! SHEESH!!!!) Bahahahaha.... Yep that's right I am still busily working away on Christmas gifts!! Mine and EVERYONE else's!! No seriously!! My next door neighbor who is awesome came over last night as she wants to make 11 star Christmas tree ornaments for Christmas gifts!!! YES - I said 11!!! Anyway we worked from about 5 PM until 11 PM and she is coming back tonight to work on them some more!!!! Wheew!

That means today I need to knock out the rest of my stuff RICKY TICK as I have a few last minute star orders to get out the door as well!!!

A GOLD Christmas....

Whoo Hoo..... Looks like we are going to have a GOLD Christmas this year!!!!! Are you scratching your head, trying to figure out what I mean? Do I mean gold lights, gold ornaments, gold gifts???? NONE of them.....

We are having a GOLD Christmas because my dearly beloved, hunk of adoring hubby was PROMOTED!!!! Whooooo Hoooooo!!!!

Yep it is official..... hubby is now MAJOR McDonald!!!! (Man that just sounds strange!!! He has been CPT Mac for sooo long in my eyes.... Major Mac??? Nah - Maybe MAJOR pain in the rump! Bahahaha)



I am just soooo stinking proud of him I can't stand it!!!!! He has opted out of a "formal" ceremony (he'd rather poke his eye out with a sharp stick!!!) - so I think I will be traveling to the unit next week so they can pin him!!!!

He has been doing a Major's job for over a year now... and he totally deserves this promotion! I am just soooo sooo sooo proud!

I have to read (well type) to you the first item on the "official" memo - for those of you that are not in the military - so you can understand JUST how proud - and WHY I am so proud......

Yeah that pretty much explains it all!!!!

Feeling like an elf...

I just need some of those little pointy shoes and a pointy cap with a bell- and I think I would be complete! Well that is if Santa's elf's wear ratty old sweatpants and t-shirts that are three sizes too big and covered in paint, dried glue and mud!!! Bahahaha!!!

Yep you guessed it - I am still busy working away! In addition to having five star orders I need to get out... I am also still working on my 20 hand made Christmas gifts that are not done yet!!!! CRAZY - I KNOW!!!! Actually all together I think I have a total of 26 hand made gifts that I am making this year!!!! So that means I have six of them completed!!! Hmmm.... I better get on it!!!

But before I go... I wanted to share with you one of my "Twilight" gifts I made - and offer one up for a FREE GIVE AWAY here on my blog..... It's amazing...

What you can get done when you are stuck in a hotel room, by yourself - with non of your crafting items!!! Bahahaha......

Yep that's right - I am stuck here in hubby's hotel room - and while I COULD go out - it is way tooooo cold and the traffic is way toooo crazy! Therefore - I have spend the day adding new products to the Beloved Keepsakes Boutique! Yep - I have added 30 NEW PRODUCTS just today!!! So if you get a chance make sure you check them out!!!

In addition to the 30 new products in the boutique - I also got some presents finished up... and - for all you "TWILIGHT" fans out there... I have a handmade "Twilight" item that I made just to give-a-way here on my blog to one of you lucky readers! So stay tuned - that will be coming soon!!!
