What the heck....

Is going on with this weather?!?! It is crazy!!! When I got back from Mississippi last week my rain gauge was completely full! That's 6 inches - so I emptied it - and then in less than 24 hours it had four more inches of rain.

Then on Friday - it rained again - and I mean it RAINED!!! Here is a photo of my back yard!!! I guess technically I should call it my back pond!!!

And now they are saying that it is suppose to freeze tonight?!?! What the heck! Of course I should have known - I just moved all my plants to there "summer" home in my yard and there is no way I can get them all covered now!! I am just praying the weather people are wrong!!!

All is well here.... Hubby has made it safely to Afghanistan. He has not made it to his "home" yet, they still have a few days of in processing before they make it to the actual camp he will be living at for the next year! So thank you all for your prayers for his safe travels!

Ok I have a ton of paperwork to get done - and then in the AM I have a Dr.'s appointment.... I am waiting for one final thing to happen and then I will be ready to share a REALLY big and exciting happening with you!!!

Hope you all had a great weekend! (As for me - I worked in the yard! BLAH!) And I will catch ya later!

Until Next Time!

Cya~

Caroline I would be more than happy to share with you. Rained here friday and Saturday, nice spring day yesterday and then today more rain and NOW we have about an inch of SNOW on the ground and is freezing out there. (S. Ontario)
Glad to hear your hubby made it over there Lori. Your "pond" looks great.
Just think how lush it will be soon.
And your puppies will love it
