This freebie Friday is very near and dear to my heart! As you all know Monday is Memorial Day.... Memorial Day is a United States federal holiday that commemorates U.S. men and women who died while in the military service. First enacted to honor Union soldiers of the American Civil War, it was expanded after World War I to include American casualties of any war or military action.

Having been a Military wife for over seven years and having gone though four deployments, I have known several brave men who have given their lives so we can enjoy the freedoms that we do here in the USA. So today's FREEBIE FRIDAY is dedicated to those brave soldiers......

I have arrived....

Just wanted to let you all know I have arrived safely in AZ!!! It was only 103 degrees in Phoenix when I landed!!! But I have to tell you it was not as hot as it sounds!! Honstly dry heat is soooooo different than hot, humid, sticky icky South Georgia heat!!!

Not a lot to report - except I an here - now I am three hours behind Eastern Standard time - so you might see my post showing up a little later than normal!

Rain Rain...

I have to tell you I am very tempted to say "GO AWAY!!!!" How sad it it that I pay a TON of money to have a sprinkler system installed in our yard - and it has YET to come on since all it has been doing is RAINING!!!!

See what I mean???

Sheesh!!! One day (hopefully soon) the rain will dry up and I will get to see the sprinkler system actually work!!! Bahahahaha!!!
