Quick show and tell.....

So I want to take a few moments away from TAXES (BLAH!!!!) And share a few photos with you! It seems that my hubby has received some recognition as of late!

A few weeks ago he was inducted in the "Honorable Order of St George" - (here are a few photos)...

He also received his "gold" combat spurs....

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PHOTO of him with his red face, upside down while getting his spurs.....

And then I guess just this week he was presented with a Bronze Star and an MSM. (No photos of that dang it!!)

I am soooo sooo sooo incredibly proud of my hubby!!!! (And thanks to all the guys who sent me photos of these events, with out you guys I would NEVER know what is going on over there!! LOL)

Then the best news of all - we have less than two months left of this deployment!!!! Man has it been a LONG TIME COMING!!! But the "Torch Party" (for you non military people this is the small group of people that get sent ahead of the main body to "light the way" for the rest of the group) has arrived!!!! Whooo Hoooo!!!! This is the sure enough "this deployment IS going to end soon" sign!!!

Oh Happy Day!!!

Until Next Time!

Cya~

That's wonderful Lori. Be sure and thank him for us for all he does. I am sure it is nice to see the 'light' at the end of the tunnel. I hope you are healed enough by his homecoming.

I'm so excited that your hubby is going to come home soon! I personally appreciate what miltary families go through for my freedom. So from my heart, thank you and I hope these next 2 months go by quickly and he's home to you soon!
