I'm an idiot!!!

So if you got the VDBC Newsletter last week, then you saw the article I wrote about "Knife Offset" right?!?!? What?!?! You didn't read it?!?!?! Well if you are one of "those" people - you can read the article HERE. Heheheh!!!

Anyway - in the article I explained how important Knife offset is - and how it can effect your cuts GREATLY. So what did I do today??? I went to cut out some vinyl that I needed to complete a fairly large tile order and I can't get clean cuts to save my life!! I am like what?!?!?! Then after my fourth re-cut - I realize... yep I didn't even take my own advice and forget to change my Knife Offset. I reset up software - change my knife offset to zero.... and....

Low and behold, the cut was perfect, and the one after that and the one after that!!! Man, I am such an idiot!!!! I guess it just goes to prove that you can't teach an old dog a new trick?!?! Bahahhaa!!!!

Well, I feel like I need to let you all know that I am about 99.999% that we are going to have to move in the next three months! I am sooo sad.... I personally have lived in GA all my life.... different parts of GA from up north to the south east.... but always in GA. And now that looks like it will not be the case anymore.

I am very reluctant to move for some reason. I guess it all comes down to change and my comfort zone. I love love love our house that we built (from the ground up), I love where I live, I love my neighbors - I just love everything about here.... but... there comes a time where you have to think about the future and retirement and what is best for the family and I think this is the time.

As it stands right now - we are going to be depending on the needs of the Army - and who knows what their needs are!!! (Not even sure if they know!! Bahahaha!!)

Thus, not sure what is going to happen with the blog - don't be surprised if I am hit and miss as we try to figure out the road we will be traveling!!! I plan to keep you all posted as things develop and change - and NO MATTER where we end up - Beloved Keepsakes Cutter Designs will still be around! (Now Beloved Keepsakes web store may not... but I am hoping and praying this will not be the case!)

I promise to keep you up to date - and you may not even see any changes at all for a while, I just am not sure yet - so I wanted to give you a heads up as I start this new chapter in my life, if I am not blogging every day - you know why...but don't give up on me -I'll always come back... this is home!

Until Next Time!

Cya~

enjoy your move.... a new adventure awaits you and you just never know... you may love where you end up just as much as you love where you are now! When I was younger, my parents moved almost every 12 months and I loathed it, now I am an adult and I get restless being in one place for too long LOL cheers, caz
