Paleo Anyone??

So in an effort to become more "healthy" and hopefully to end up more "slender", I have been playing around with the idea of trying to cook more "Paleo"...  for those that don't know what Paleo is - you can google it... but the just of it is to be more "caveman" like in your style of eating... no processed foods, no sugar, no dairy, no grain!  Basically it is anything that you can hunt or gather you can eat it... thus tons of veggies, fruits, nuts, meats, chicken and even fish (though I don't like fish!!)

I know for me - it is going to be really really really hard to give up my daily breakfast of a strawberry poptart!!!  But if I can find good things to replace it - maybe it won't be so bad?!?!?  I know in my family I am the "picky" eater without a doubt!! (I really don't like many fruits, and like I said I really don't like fish or seafood!!!)

There is a ton of information online along with recipes for Paleo eating.... but I am wondering are there any of you out there doing this??? If so, would interested in sharing "Tried and True" recipes???  If the answer is yes, maybe I will make one day of blogging just a tried and true recipe day???  What are your thoughts???

If any of you ARE doing Paleo - I would love to hear - and if you have any REALLY good recipes - I would LOVE for you to share!!!  So send me an email - or leave a comment.... and hey - lets see where this might go!!!

Cause as we all know.....

Until Next Time!

You go girl! You know I don't eat grains, starches, or drink milk...so you know it can be done. It's a lot more prep, but you'll feel better probably! :)
