FREEBIE FRIDAY!!!!!

Whooo Hooo.... Finally - it is FREEBIE FRIDAY!!! I actually had a ton of stuff I wanted to tell you about - but somehow I have an attack of "Acute Tendentious" in my right wrist and I can barely type, and forget even trying to write!!!!

So today's rambling will be short!! But I did want to share with you that I went for my official weigh in today - and this past month I lost 4lbs. Bringing my total loss to 16 lbs in two months. Not nearly as much I as I would have liked... but my Dr was ok with it...... so - what can I say "It is what it is"!!!

So here is today's freebie - I hope you like it..... just a simple silhouette that could be used for a ton of different things!!!

Please remember that is a Terms Restricted File - this means that by downloading the file you are agreeing to follow my TOU. If you do not have a copy of these TOU you can get it HERE.

This file will only be available for a short period. Once it is removed from here you can find it at the Paperthreads store along with all my other designs!

Sorry freebie is no longer available! But there will be another one next week!

Hope you all have a GREAT weekend - and I hope I will be up and typing at my normal speed without pain by Monday!

Until Next Time!

Cya~

  8. Lori,
The file is lovely but I want to comment on your weight loss. You may think it is slow but it is exactly the right rate for weight that stays off. It is a healthy loss and I am proud of you for sticking with it.
When I was in my 20's I could lose that in 2 weeks. it wasn't until I understood weight loss that I realised at that rate I was losing muscle and would gain it and more back again. So hang in there!
