I am blogging on a Saturday as I wanted to send out a cry for help! As most of you know I have been on a HUGE weight loss kick since February - and in the process I have decided to come up with a collection of titles and dies to document the journey! When searching for scrapping stuff about weight loss and dieting - I couldn't find very much at all! So I need your help! I would love to hear your title ideas - so leave me a comment in the comment section - or shoot me an email!

Hi Lori, what about "A moment on your lips - A LIFETIME on your hips"; "You can eat what you want but just don't SWALLOW!"; "The 'see food' diet" (you could have things like shrimp and clams with this title!!) I too am dieting and have lost over 50 pounds since mid January. How are you getting on with your weight loss?? Look forward to seeing the files you come up with.

ReplyDeleteI think you have a wonderful ideal. I have not seen much on weight loss either. I know it can be hard to do. Always had the dreaded issue as a kid. Not much help but I wanted to support you. Love it!
