Where a kid can be a kid....

Sorry I was MIA yesterday!!!  I have to say that I had the BESTEST day I have had in a long long long time....  you see this move has been really really hard on me.  I miss home - and home isn't here... I mean I realize that home is where you make it - and home is anywhere where I can be with my hubby day in and day out... I DO understand that - and I DO believe it!  And I know I am very very very blessed to have this place we are living, to have my hubby here - but I still miss the place from where we came from!

I miss my friends, I miss my neighbors (I REALLY REALLY miss my neighbors) and I miss going into places where people know me, know what I want, what I like and how I like it!!

Then add to the fact that congress can't get their act together and approve the budget, thus we don't know when we might see our next paycheck....  grrr... I am just kind of done!

So I have to say yesterday was soooo much fun!

My BFF asked me if I wanted to go to "Chunky Cheese" with her and the boys and my god daughter.... now most adults dread the trip to the land of "where a kid can be a kid"... but I had the BEST time!!!!  It was soooo good to have fun, to have my god daughter lead me around from game to game and get the covenanted tickets that you can trade in for prizes!!!

Thus I missed blogging yesterday cause I was being a "kid" again!!! 

And then if that wasn't fun enough... I actually got to play "Fairy Godmother" yesterday and purchase the all important "Easter Dress"!

Yep!  Life is good!!!
