Can anyone loan me.....

Some time?!?!? I swear there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day!!!! I have been running like a chicken with my head cut off (and yes for those of you who have never lived on a farm - chickens with NO HEAD can still run!!! LOL)

Yesterday was spent waxing my car and cleaning the interior and I also shampooed my carpets with my new carpet cleaner!!! Man - if you are in the market for a carpet cleaner - I TOTALLY recommend the Hoover Steam Vac.... I rented a rug doctor back in Oct and did my carpets and I swear they looked dirty now than they did before I cleaned them back then... so I did some research and low and behold I found out that if you don't "rinse" your carpets after cleaning them that the soap left behind actually attracts more dirt after being cleaned!!! Who knew!!!

So the carpet cleaner I purchased has a rinse switch. Man - this thing ROCKS!!! It got stains out of my carpet that had been there before I even cleaned it with the rug doctor! (Which that machine didn't get out!!) So all in all - I give this baby a TWO THUMBS UP!!!!

You know - I got to thinking about the whole "cleaning" thing - and my revelation the other day (Thanks to Chris!!!).... and you know I think I clean so much cause being an Army wife - there are so many things I can't control - I can't control the military, I can't control if hubby is home or not - but at least I can control my house!!!! At least that is my story and I am sticking to it!!!!

Finally - as you all know - today is WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY.... and I swore I wasn't going to weigh in today - see I had taco's last night at my good friend Susan's house.... and I ATE WAY WAY WAY too much!!! Not only did I have tacos (man - I don't even like Mexican food - but these things are the bomb!!!!) but I also had jalapeno poppers and a big ole piece of chocolate pie!!!! But..... I went ahead and weighed in anyway - and today I was at 197 lb! So I am finally back to were I was before hubby came home.... Hopefully I will not cheat toooo much this weekend and stay on track!!!

Speaking of this weekend!!! The Paperthread Retreat is almost here!!! Whooo hooooo!!! I actually go and pick Jan (of Sam and Hailey Designs) up tomorrow from the airport - and then we head to Charleston on Friday to meet up with everyone else!!!! I am soooo excited!!!!

Since I was going to be away this weekend - and since Michelle was going to be with us - I (along with several other designers) decided to have a "While the Cat's Away the Mice will Play" Sale.... yep - that's right - ALL MY FILES WILL BE 30% off this Friday though Sunday!!!
