Where does the time go...

Man... time really flies...  Last thing I remember is posting on Monday and now here it is Wed already....  I really hate that...

I tell you things have been hectic here in the McDonald household....  Hubby and I sat down and tried to plan out the calendar for the next four months (though the summer)... and once again there just isn't enough time!!!  Granted it doesn't help that he has some MAJOR work commitments that are going to take up weeks at a time......

But still... like for example did you know that Turkey Hunting Season starts on the 24th?  Yep... that means that the step son is flying in on the 22nd and will be here for a week.  (I probably won't see either of them the whole time!! LOL)

Oh and don't forget that same weekend it the opening of "THE HUNGER GAMES"!!!  (If you haven't gotten your mini collection yet you better hurry!!!)

Then my mother in law is coming to visit (YEAH!!! I can't WAIT)... I am trying to talk her into staying for a month... we shall see... but I KNOW there will be tons of fun things happening during that visit....

First part of June will be the celebration of life for my Father in Law who passed away in Feb.  It will be a sad time but I am really looking forward to seeing family I haven't seen in forever!

And then of course you have the summer visits by hubby's kids....  got to fit them in....

Man I am tired already just thinking about it all!!!!

New QMC Design..

So if you have joined the Feb '12 QMC that Chris and I are co-hosting you will be happy to know I uploaded a new design today!!!!!

In addition to designing new files... I have been really really busy working on menu planning on our new "lifestyle" of eating Paleo!

I am happy to report that at the two week mark, I had lost 7.5 lbs and hubby had lost 7!!!  Whooooo hooooo!!! And all we have done is change what we are eating!!!!!

If you are eating Paleo/Primal as well I would love to hear your favorite recipes!  Today's challenge is to make Paleo Cinnamon Roll Muffins....  crossing my fingers that the come out good!!! LOL
