Tuesday?!?!

Already?!?!  How in the heck did it get to be Tuesday?!?! 

I hope you all had a very Happy Father's day!!  I think this is the first year that I actually haven't seen my father on Father's Day and it was kind of sad.

On another note... the puppies gave daddy (aka Lori gave Andrew) a dehydrator for Father's Day so we spent the day making jerky!!!  We actually made both "American" jerky which is what you typically buy here in the states and then we made "African" jerky as well.  It is called Biltong. 

I have to say that it turned out pretty good - I was actually pretty impressed with us!!!  Bahahaha!!!

I'll try and load photos tomorrow!

Ok - I have several deadlines I am trying to meet by the first of July - so let me run!!!  Hope you all have a GREAT week!
