If it's not one thing...

Then it is another - I went to Wynn Army Hospital again yesterday - this time the Dr says I have acute tendinitis in my Achilles tendon. He gave me meloxicam … he also ran a couple of blood test – one of the for gout and then they did an x-ray as well……

He said if any of those come back with a problem he would call me – meanwhile the Dr said no more treadmill, or water aerobics (except upper body) for the next week OR two - I STILL have SEVEN pounds to go to get where I wanted to be when Andrew come home!!! Doesn't look like it will happen now - I am soo bummed!!!

Other than that I am working away on some new files! That is between resting my Achilles tendon of course!! (Oh and trying to find a bubble I can live in for the next month so nothing else happens before hubby comes home on his R&R!!!)

I didn't get a chance to get the photo of my R&R Prep Kit downloaded - so I will have to share that tomorrow!!!
