One of those days...

Yesterday just ended up being "One of those Days"! You know - one of those days where everything that can go wrong does...

My plan was to go to the dress shop, eat lunch with hubby, run a quick errand then be home by 2 PM.... well..... that didn't happen at all!! Instead I ended up getting home at 7 PM!!! Hence none of my new files got test cut!! Imagine that!!!

Today hubby isn't feel well - there is a nasty virus going around his office so he decided to stay home and work from here. Hence not a lot of work happening here on my end today either!!! (Of course for someone who doesn't feel very well - that turkey call he is practicing with sure is kicking up a yelp in the living room!!!) Bahahaha....

I haven't been doing well with that one simple word "Focus"! I guess I need to focus on getting my work done in a more timely manner - but hey - it is what it is!

I have been thinking about the next scrapbooking challenge coming up though.... do you have any ideas or subjects you wouuld like to see it cover? If so give me a shout out!!!

Before I go I wanted to share another AWESOME layout by Bec on the "Beloved Keepsakes Creative Design Team"... This hybrid layout was also made using my "H2OH!" file....

I love this layout! I am sooo impressed with Bec's use of pattern paper! I feel that is truly somethingI do not do well - and wish I did better!!

As always my team is really showcasing their talent - and I am soooo proud of what they have made using my cutting files!!!

A gown...

Just a quick pop in to let you know that I have been designing like a mad woman the past few days!!!! I have about ten files that I just need to finish test cutting and I will have them ready to share with you all!!!

But as for today - I have to go and see about finding a ball gown! BLAH!!! You see in the military they have these "Balls" which is really just a fancy name for a dinner where the men have to wear their dress greens or blues and the women have to wear gowns!

It sounds like a lot of fun - and it can be most of the time... but I hate shopping for a dress!!! Now if I was a size 2 maybe I wouldn't mind so much!!! (But if you recall those swimming with the manatee photos - I am NO WHERE near a size 2!! Bahahaha)

Oh well - time to quit gripping and get busy shopping!! I will let you know how it goes tomorrow!!!

Creative Design Team...

WOW!!! That is all that comes to mind when I think about the new "Beloved Keepsakes Creative Design Team"! Just WOW!!!!

These two girls are some of the MOST talented Scrapbookers that I have had the pleasure to get to know!!!!

Today I thought I would share there two newest creations!!

From Bec in Texas we have this AWESOME Hybrid scrapbooking page using the Beloved Keepsakes cutter file "H2OH!" This is what I call THINKING outside the box and using a cutting file for something other than what it was originally designed for!!!

And then you have Lynn B! Lynn used the Beloved Keepsakes cutting file "Feeling Crabby" and came up with this AMAZING layout! And once again - such a versatile way to use a cutter file for something than what it was originally designed for!!!!

Wow - both of these layouts have inspired me to get my stuff out and SCRAP - and I mean hey that is what it is all about right!!!

Thanks Lynn and Bec - both of you are amazing, talented and creative scrappers!!! I am soooo blessed to have you both on the team!
