I have EXCITING news.... yes - very very exciting news for all my cutter fans out there....

VDBC has added a NEW DESIGNER!!!!  Whooooo Hooooooo!!!!!  And while adding a new co-worker is aways awesome - it is especially awesome when it is a long time dear friend (and fellow military wife!!!)!!!

Thus I am soooo super excited to announce that my dear friend Ileana of "I Scrap Designs" is now a part of the VDBC More Team!!!!  (Oh yeah... doing the happy dance here!!)

Super Duper Excited....

So I have to say I am super duper excited today!!! Last night I purchased my tickets to see "Wicked" at the Fox Theater in Atlanta!!!!

Whoooo Hoooooo!!!!

Back in High School and in College I worked in the theater... mainly behind the scenes, costumes, lighting, stage that sort of thing - and I LOVE IT!!!!

One of the things hubby promised when we moved to the Atlanta area was that we would go to theater and other events that we didn't have the ability to do when we lived in Savannah.... and he has gone over and beyond in keeping his word!!!

A few months back we went to see "Rock of Ages" and it was AMAZING!!!

Everyone rants and raves about "Wicked"  so I am just hoping that I will not be disappointed!!

Has any one been before?  Was it good?  Would you go again???  Leave me a comment in the comment section and let me know!!!  I read the book several years ago and had a hard time getting into it - but about 1/2 through I started really enjoying it...  I am wondering should I go back and re-read it before going to see it?!?!
My tickets are for NEXT week - so I will make sure I come back and tell you ALL about it!!!  (Oh I can't wait... doing the happy dance here!!! Bahahaahaha!!)

And the Winner is...

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  I have to say for me - it was a weekend of remembering, a weekend of tears and a weekend of joy!!! Being a military wife can be trying at times - but I have to say a day doesn't go by that it isn't rewarding.... and in the memory of 9/11 all I can say is I am soooo proud to stand beside a soldier who helps protect our country!

Yes - I feel blessed!!!
