Weigh in Wed....

So let me tell you - I totally didn't want to weigh in today!!! Nope - Just didn't want to do it cause I knew it was going to be bad! With Hubby home for four days - and then living in a hotel for three days and eating out.... yeah nothing about this is sounding good for my diet!!!

Then add to the fact that the little old ladies that work at the hotel made us homemade chocolate chip and chocolate M&M cookies.... I knew it was going to be bad!!!!

And it was.....

Today's weigh in was 199.5 lbs... so that means I gained back 2.5 lbs from last week!!!

On a good note.... Tomorrow is the day that most of you are probably waiting on!!!! (Yep it will be Freebie Thursday this week!!!) So make sure you check back in!!!

Until Next Time!

Don't sweat it, Lori! I think you should get a pass for "goodbye week" - you have a year to make up for it! (Hmm... that doesn't sound as encouraging as I meant it...) I think it's so great you have a goal to be working towards while he's gone - what a good way to focus energy in a positive way!

As Sara said
Don't Sweat it -
you are still under your dreaded number so that is good
and with all that is going on
you are doing really well.
Focus on this week last is past
so enjoy this week.
Thanks for your blog files too
